Samtonn is a joint copyright organization for authors, performers and producers. The aim of the organization is to work for the common interest and strengthen the position of authors, performers and producers of music. Samtonn will thus represent jointly all Icelandic rightholders in music. The aim is also to protect and preserve music and music rights and related rights and seek to create opportunities for musicrightholders in Iceland and overseas.
